By accessing or using this website, purchasing services, or downloading any digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

USE OF THE SITE

This Site and all content, downloads, and services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, digital downloads, templates, and designs — is the property of HaileyScottDesigns and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, share, resell, modify, or redistribute any content or downloads from this Site without prior written permission. Purchased digital files are for personal or client use only and may not be used in products for resale unless otherwise stated.

SERVICE TERMS

By booking a service (branding, design, etc.), you agree to:

Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed invoice and payment schedule
Respond in a timely manner to project deliverables and communication
Honor the number of revisions as outlined in your package
Acknowledge that final files will be delivered only upon full payment

HaileyScottDesigns reserves the right to terminate a project for disrespectful behavior, unreasonable demands, or breach of agreed terms.

DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES

Due to the nature of digital products (such as instant downloads), all sales are final and non-refundable. Please read each product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues with your file, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

For design services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date. The remaining 50% is due prior to final delivery of files unless otherwise stated.

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms (such as Square or Stripe). We do not store or have access to your payment information.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HaileyScottDesigns is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims that arise from your use of this Site or services. We are not responsible for any business losses, missed sales, or indirect damages related to the design work or products provided.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee without regard to its conflict of law principles.
