All original designs created by HaileyScottDesigns remain the intellectual property of HaileyScottDesigns until full payment is received.

Once final payment is made:

• You receive non-exclusive or exclusive usage rights (depending on your service package), meaning you can use the designs as agreed.

• For branding and client work, we typically grant full commercial rights to use your custom designs across digital and print platforms.

• However, we reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please note:

• You may not resell, redistribute, or alter the designs for resale unless explicitly agreed upon.

• Templates, digital downloads, and pre-made products (like Etsy listings) remain the copyrighted property of HaileyScottDesigns and are licensed for personal or limited business use only.

If you have specific licensing needs, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to clarify or customize usage rights.

Due to the customized and digital nature of the services and products provided by HaileyScottDesigns, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any services rendered or digital products delivered. By purchasing from HaileyScottDesigns, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances once the service has commenced or the product has been delivered.
