Marketing Coordinator

At Delight Ministries, I wore many creative hats over the span of 3+ years—from designing dreamy Bible studies and cute merch drops to keeping our social media buzzing and our website fresh. I got to blend strategy with heart, managing everything from email campaigns to TikTok trends, all while staying grounded in our mission to pour into college women across the country. One of the highlights? Equipping student leaders to share their own Delight experience through thoughtful, on-brand content that felt like them.

Each summer, I brought the vision to life for our annual leadership conferences—designing everything from presentation slides and leader journals to themed goody bags, photo backdrops, signage, and full event decor. It was my favorite kind of challenge: making something beautiful, meaningful, and unforgettable for hundreds of women stepping into leadership on college campuses.

Curriculum Design

I designed the Delight Ministries curriculum each semester (fall and spring), including custom covers and thoughtfully designed, interactive interiors. Each study was created to be visually engaging, easy to navigate, and spiritually impactful, with journal prompts, Scripture sections, and space for personal reflection.

Social Media Content & Strategy

Running and creating content for all Delight social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkTree, Spotify, GroupMe) as well as email marketing (design, creating and maintaining automations, insights).

Album covers and branding for Delight Worship

I designed the album covers and visual branding for Delight Worship, creating a cohesive look that reflected the heart and sound of the music. Each design captured the warmth, authenticity, and intimate nature of the worship, while maintaining alignment with Delight’s overall brand. From album covers to social media graphics, every element was crafted to invite listeners into a deeper place of worship.

Conference Branding & Decor

DELIGHT CONFERENCE CREATIVE DIRECTION & DESIGN

I led the creative vision for several Delight leadership conferences, designing a cohesive and impactful experience from start to finish. My work spanned every touchpoint—from digital to physical—ensuring that every detail reflected the heart of the ministry and made leaders feel seen, celebrated, and equipped.

My contributions included:
+ Designing all visual elements: slides, signage, decor, and spatial layout
+ Creating conference goody bags, leader badges, and custom volunteer t-shirts
+ Designing leader journals and print materials for a guided experience
+ Curating event playlists and building the visual brand atmosphere
+ Leading social media and content strategy for promotion and on-site engagement
+ Designing branded merchandise exclusive to the conference + Designing email campaigns for volunteers and sponsors
+ Writing and designing email campaigns for attendees

Each conference was a beautiful blend of branding, event design, storytelling, and strategy.
